What is wrong? Why this pain? Where is the joy? The happiness? That lightness of my soul?

Abraham Lincoln once said "Most folks are about as happy as they make their minds up to be". If your unhappy then get up and so something about it rather than sighing. Find ways to make yourself happy and think positively. I know.. its easier said than done. Its worth a try though!!
The brain lives in it's own delusion but it can be dominated with paradoxical thoughts. I know it doesn't make any sense but it's me.
